Western Time Zone Support
I see that Jupiter is cornering the market by partnering with Costco Wholesale Outlets. With that type of partnership and expansion, I would strongly suggest getting support for your customers in the Pacific Time Zone. The 3 hour difference really makes it hard to effectively communicate with your support team. You have a great support team but maybe it's time to look for some local bike shops to partner up with so that your California and WestCoast customers have better support. Your hours for us in my time zone are 07:00AM - 02:00PM these hours are peak hours for people going to work and getting their kids to school so it's hard to get in touch with anyone during the busy hours of our days. Also, Costco is huge on the WestCoast. Everyone I know shops there so you should definitely try to get someone trained up at Costco to help with support for replacement parts and diagnostic.

You would think that Scheels would be an option too; maybe they're working on that.
