Discovery X5/X7 Controller Installation

Controller wires                                                           Bike wires

1. Blue, orange, yellow                 TO             Green, yellow (Green to orange & Yellow to yellow
2. Black, blue, yellow                     TO             Black, Green, Red
3. Red, orange, black, green white     TO     Red, orange, black, green, white
4. Black, red, green                         TO            Black, red, green
5. Red, black, green                        TO            White, black, red
6. Yellow, black                                TO            Yellow, black
7. Yellow, black                                TO            Yellow black  

1. Horn button
2. Horn and light (Black, green TO Brown, white)
3. Display
4. Pedal assist sensor
5. Throttle
6. Brake lever sensor
7. Brake lever sensor

1. Large red, black wire TO male plug (Plate with 5 leads)
2. Large green, blue, yellow wire and white pin with 6 wires TO Motor (motor harness.

Note that the X5 and X7 controllers look the same and function the same. The difference is the size on the bottom of the controller located on the lower right corner.

16 is for the X5

20 is for the x7
