I have a Jupiter Discovery X5 and I've only had it a week and now the charger is stuck at 37%. I've even tried to pull the battery out and charge it and it still has a solid green and blinking red it's not charging I even let it charge overnight and it still is not stabilizing please help me please please somebody call me please at 321-427-2483 please please could you call me please I've tried contacting customer service and I get voicemail it says talk to a person and it still gives you a voicemail that's frustrating I need help
