My name is Jill I bought a Jupiter Discovery X5 a week ago it's been fine but now the charger is solid green and blinking red I'm having a problem with it I'm trying to contact customer service and it's really aggravating and frustrating when you can't get a hold of somebody please somebody call me back 321-427-2483
